Yes, based on our testing, we are confident that it will last long as a normal power bank. Depending on use, a normal power bank can last between 2-5 years. We expect a similar lifespan for the battery for ours.
When your battery does need a replenishment in a few years, it's free within the 2-year warranty period; up to £20 for replenishments outside of this period.

Is this going to last long as something that hasn’t been made from upcycled e-bike batteries?
How much would it charge my phone?
Around 2-3 full charges for most phones. That's around 30 hours of video playback.
How long does it take for it to fully recharge the power bank?
The gomi Power Bank will fully recharge in less than 4 hours when using a standard 18W USB-C power source.
Can I take this power bank on an aircraft?
The gomi power bank is safe and permitted to take with you on an aircraft.
As with all power banks, they are only allowed in the passenger cabin as part of your carry-on hand luggage.
Power banks are never allowed in checked hold baggage for passengers.
Carrying more than 1 power bank?
Some airlines apply restrictions on the total number of power banks that you can carry per person. Please check your airline's website in case they have specific restrictions on carrying more than one power bank.
The gomi power bank uses lithium ion cells and has a rated capacity of 37Wh. This is below maximum limit for each power bank on an aircraft of 100Wh.
What can I do with the power bank at the end of life?
There's no such thing as the end of life at gomi.
The power bank comes with a full gomi warranty for 2 years, meaning all repairs are free. Any work required after the 2 years will be charged at a maximum of £20 + shipping.
If your product is run over by a car and completely crushed, we can recycle the components.
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you don’t love it, you can return it to us for a full refund. You will just have to cover the shipping cost back to us.
