Is the strap adjustable?
Yes! The strap is fully adjustable, designed for comfort no matter your height or build.
Can you repair my crossbody bag?
Yes, if your gomi crossbody gets ripped it or damage due to normal wear and tear, we can repair it for you.
What can I do with the crossbody bag at the end of life?
There's no such thing as the end of life at gomi.
The crossbody bag comes with a full gomi warranty for 2 years, meaning all repairs are free. Any work required after the 2 years will be charged at a maximum of £20 + shipping.
Is each bag really unique?
Yes! Because we use upcycled materials, no two bags are the same, making each one completely one-of-a-kind.
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you don’t love it, you can return it to us for a full refund. You will just have to cover the shipping cost back to us.
