Is the gomi wireless charger compatible with my phone?

Yes, It's compatible with all wireless charging enabled phones, devices and AirPods. This includes Apple iPhones from version 12 onwards, and all wireless charging enabled Android devices

How fast does it charge my device compared to wired chargers?

While wireless charging can often be slightly slower than high-output wired chargers, our 15W output ensures that your device charges quickly and reliably, offering a comparable experience to standard wired charging speeds.

Will my phone case affect the charging efficiency?

Our wireless charger works through most phone cases, including those up to 5mm thick. However, metal cases or cases with metallic attachments may interfere with the charging process and reduce efficiency.

How is this wireless charger different to a power bank?

This device does not contain any batteries and is not a power bank. If you would like a sustainable gomi power bank, take a look here

This wireless charger is designed to be connected to a USB-C wall plug when in use. It acts as a charging pad for your devices, which can be placed on top of the wireless charger for easy wireless charging.

It removes the need for you to plug a power cable into your device to charge it.

What can I do with the gomi wireless charger at end of life?

There's no such thing as end of life at gomi.

The wireless charger comes with a full gomi warranty for 2 years, meaning all repairs are free. Any work required after this 2 years will be charged at a maximum of £20 + shipping.

If your product was driven over by a car and completely crushed. Then we can recycle the components.

What’s your returns policy?

We offer 30 day returns after the wireless charger is in your hands. If you don’t love it, you can return it for us for a full refund. You will just have to cover the shipping cost back to us.
