What are the speakers made from?

Where are the speakers made?

They are made in the gomi studio in the heart of the Brighton Lanes, in the UK.

See the About the Studio page for more information.

Will you be releasing any additonal colour designs?

Each collection of gomi speakers will be available in a new and unique selection of colours. This means that once the current collection is gone, they are gone.

However, we intend to continue with each collection for a number of months before releasing another.

For the latest information about new upcoming collections, please sign up to our early access mailing list and follow us on social media.

I have ordered a speaker, when will it arrive?

We will send your speaker by tracked delivery and you will receive notifications by email and SMS (if you provided this detail at checkout).

Usually shipping takes 2-3 business days for UK addresses and up to 10 business days for international locations.

We will ship your speaker out as soon as it is available and we will keep you up to date by email.

What payment methods are available?

The latest information is always shown in the checkout stages of making an order, but we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

I have an issue with a speaker that I have bought. What should I do?

Firstly, contact us with details of the issue you are facing and we will help you to resolve it quickly.

Contact us at support@gomi.design with as much information as you can.

If your speaker has a more serious issue or needs a repair, please see the Gomi For Life page for details of how to Request a Repair.

Repairs are free within the 2 year warranty period, and are charged at a fixed fee after that.
