Yes. Both the USB-A and the USB-C ports can be used at the same time to charge two different devices. The USB-C port is also used to connect the charger to a power source to charge it after use.

Is it safe to charge two devices at the same time
How long does it take for it to fully charge?
The gomi portable charger will fully charge in 4 hours when using a standard 10W USB-C power source
Can it be repaired if it breaks?
The gomi portable charger is designed to be easy to repair in the event that it becomes damaged, or to upgrade after many years of use. The battery cells can quickly be replaced and refreshed if this should ever be needed.
It comes with a full gomi warranty for 2 years, meaning all repairs are free. Any work required after this will be charged at a maximum of £20 + shipping.
What’s your returns policy?
We offer 30 day returns. If you don’t love it, you can return it for us for a full refund. You will just have to cover the shipping cost back to us.
Why second-life batteries and are they reliable?
We have done vigorous quality checking and testing to ensure that the batteries are absolutely reliable and works well as a normal battery should. We have passed UN38.3 with flying colours, which allows us to legally use these batteries in consumer electronic products like our bluetooth speakers. It's a world-first to use second-life lithium batteries in a commercial consumer electronic product like our bluetooth speakers.
We decided to use second-life batteries for many reasons, the main two reasons being humanitarian and environmental reasons.
There’s humanitarian and environmental issues around the materials used to make lithium-ion batteries. Especially around cobalt and lithium. After some thorough research and testing, we found out that many modern mobility vehicles such as e-bikes have completely fine batteries at the end of life of the e-bike. They have to be put out of service due to issues with circuit boards or coming to a fixed ‘3 year period’ where they have to replace a fleet according to contracts.
From rigorous testing we have been able to use these batteries and ensure they have a capacity close to brand new cells, We are proud to say that we have been able to safely reuse and certify lithium cells from old mobility vehicles and incorporate them into all gomi products with passing the most vigorous lithium battery standards with flying colours. We are proud to say that your gomi speaker is 100% powered by waste.
