Will this last as long as something made from new batteries?

Yes, based on our testing, we're confident it will last as long as a standard portable charger.

Typically, a standard charger lasts between 2-5 years, and we expect our battery to have a similar lifespan.

If you need a replacement battery in a few years, it's free within the 2-year warranty period. Outside of that, it will cost up to $25 for a replacement.

How much would it charge my phone?

Around 2-3 full charges for most phones. That's around 30 hours of video playback.

How long does it take to fully recharge the portable charger?

The gomi portable charger will fully recharge in less than 4 hours when using a standard 18W USB-C power source.

What can I do with the portable charger at the end of its life?

At gomi, there’s no such thing as the end of life for our products.

The portable charger comes with a full 2-year warranty, so all repairs are free during this period. After the 2 years, any repairs will be charged at a maximum of $25 plus shipping.

If your product is accidentally run over by a car and completely crushed, we can still recycle the components.

Can I take this portable charger on an aircraft?

The gomi portable charger is safe and permitted to take with you on an aircraft.

As with all portable chargers, they are only allowed in the passenger cabin as part of your carry-on hand luggage.

Portable chargers are never allowed in checked hold baggage for passengers.

Carrying more than 1 portable charger?

Some airlines apply restrictions on the total number of portable chargers that you can carry per person. Please check your airline's website in case they have specific restrictions on carrying more than one portable charger.

The gomi portable charger uses lithium ion cells and has a rated capacity of 37Wh. This is below maximum limit for each portable charger on an aircraft of 100Wh

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you don’t love it, you can return it to us for a full refund. You will just have to cover the shipping cost back to us.
